Tears Make a Rainbow.

Your Rainbow.

When you’re blue and full of grey

A bit of colour can change your day.

Behind those tears you’re trying to hide

A rainbow is glowing and bursting with pride.

Your tears will heal and make you strong,

So look for that rainbow to help you along.

It smiles and it sings deep in your soul

It’s magical colours dance and cajole.

There’s a rainbow inside you

It’s not hard to find,

Just close your eyes and focus your mind.

A heart of Rainbow

What do you think of Robin’s Mental Health?

eye-716008_1920

I can’t help wonder about this person’s mental health! Robin (not her real name) is very active on a particular social media platform. She is not one of these people who uses social media to make life appear wonderful, (when in reality it’s pretty crap). No photoshopped selfies that make her look like a plastic version of herself. No happy family photos of days out, girlie nights in, her latest successful attempt at cooking a delicious gourmet dinner and no location check-ins! Continue reading

“Angelic Thinking” by Andrew Marmion – Book Review.

‘Angelic Thinking’ is a fantastic little book written by Angel Healer, Andrew Marmion. Andrew shares with his readers some very personal information about his life. He tells how he spent years living every day in mental agony because he was destructively attached to his emotional past.
By practicing the Mental Cleansing and Refurbishment Exercise, which is the main content of this book, and because of his friendship and guidance from the angels, he changed from being a victim to being a healthy self-loving positive person.

Soulful, Meaningful & Practical Connection.

It is through my sheer willingness to embrace and encompass all of my spiritual gifts.  This is proof of my commitment to my life’s journey as my soul directs.

It brings me great joy to be in a position to provide clients with my unique coaching style conversation that goes deeper, provides more insight and clarity and creates the space and the way for clients to move forward with greater ease.

But I am also conscious of our perception of science and spirituality. Therefore, I have invested time and energy to train in modalities, some of which are more scientific in nature, others more about healing and are spiritually inclined.

It is a significant part of my mission and purpose.  That of being the tangible link that is the holy triad of Body, Mind & Spirit.  I will compassionately work towards bridging that gap between science and spirituality.  I will be a prodigy of the new edge and the intuitive mapping and spiritual guided approach to life.

They Might Call It Depression.

20161010_110516.jpg

Today I keep silent but inside I shout,
I try to wash away the shame,
paint a smile upon my mouth.

My heart it is heavy,
full of unexplained sorrow.
I can’t feel happy, not today,
maybe tomorrow.

I walk and I walk and I keep on going,
where will the road lead me?
I don’t care, I don’t care.
Today I am trapped
in this dark consuming space.
Nobody knows, nobody knows,
they don’t see my face.

Today I hide away from the world and its doors,
the world as I see it, through my eyes,
not theirs and not yours.

I hide my fear and I hide all expression.
If I let them all know, they might call it depression!
I would no longer be me because then things would change,
just the girl no one talks to
because now she is strange!

Her head is messed up,
her face is a fake.
Her smile isn’t real
her mind, it might break.
Don’t sit too close to the girl who is sad.
We can’t help her anyway,
she’s crazy, she’s mad!

So I carry my despair to the end of the day,
and struggle to pray all the pain away.
I tell myself,
“I love myself, respect myself,
and heal myself”.

Nobody knows,
they don’t see my face,
tomorrow will come
and I’ll be in a better place.
